Like many products, SilverSneakers launched our own proprietary phone app for iPhone and Android to allow members to connect with us beyond the gym. The brief detailed this app was designed to be a “companion” to help members on their wellness journey. One of the first tasks was to lead a brainstorm and understand what strategy is the best of the long-term vision of the suite of products. The future helped guide the short-term direction. The team developed the brand and handed off inspiration to the UI/UX team to execute the final product.
This was a revolutionary solution for our company and our members. This launch ended up being cascaded to the simplest of tactics including landing pages, emails, paid social, organic social, member flyers, etc.
